SHIRAZ GRENACHE DURIF

This wine is garnet in colour, with a deep ruby rim. Hints of red roses on the nose are followed by red berry fruits, a waft of hay, red currents and the pallet is juicy, with fine elegant tannins.

Complex flavours range from sweet, generous red fruits to the dried fruits of Christmas, from anise and fennel to gunpowder.

This medium-bodied wine finishes with a whiff of black pepper. This soft, elegant, well-balanced wine is easily accessible now, but should drink well for the next 5 years.

ESTATE OLIVE OIL

Our olives are grown on the estate and hand-picked from the 1000 trees planted in 5 different dry land groves. The Mediterranean climate inspires the elegant flavour of the two olive varieties, Frontoio and Carotina, which are used to produce our exceptional olive oil.

After harvesting the olives are cold pressed to preserve the delicate characteristic of the oil and then filtered through linen to ensure that the beautifully rich oil meets the highest of standards. We follow this process to prevent the destruction of the oil’s temperature-sensitive vitamins, anti-oxidents and natural flavour compounds.
